What counts as a rack?
Any rack you monitor with NodX, whatever its U height. There is no per-device, per-seat, or per-metric metering — metric volume should never punish coverage.
Why flat per-rack instead of per-device or consumption pricing?
Consumption meters (per-host, per-GB) scale your bill with your telemetry volume — the more you watch, the more you pay. A flat per-rack rate keeps full-fidelity monitoring the default instead of a budget decision.
Is there a free tier?

Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Annual billing is available at the same monthly rate, billed once a year. Volume bands apply on Enterprise deals. There are no seat minimums and no asset-count floors.
Can we migrate from NetBox, Device42, or spreadsheets?
Yes — bulk JSON/CSV import with a mandatory dry-run preview (nothing is written until you approve) and skip/merge/replace conflict handling. Export back out any time; your inventory is never held hostage.
How is this different from Zabbix or Prometheus + Grafana?
Ownership cost, not just features: hour-of-day baselines, the full alert lifecycle (rules, incidents, ack, escalation), and capacity math arrive pre-built instead of templated, and rack/power primitives (U-slots, PUE, stranded power) are native rather than bolted on.
What is your security and compliance posture?
Production today: org‑scoped JWT auth with four roles and full org isolation. SSO / SCIM, immutable audit export, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 evidence are now included in Starter and Pro tiers as well as Enterprise, delivering consistent automated provisioning and audit capabilities across all deployments.
What does NodX NOT do?
No active network sweeping (discovery is passive — ARP/LLDP/mDNS listening plus SNMP fingerprinting, never a broadcast storm), no power control (we monitor everything and control nothing), no 3D twin, no what-if simulation. The home page holds the full honest-gaps list.
